  3. Early to bed, early to rise, is healthy and wise.
  4. Stay lean, being just 30% overweight is not good.
  5. Keep on working, do whatever you like doing.
  6. Be the boss of your own life.
  7. Exercise regulary and eat less fatty foods.
  8. Too much medicines ruins your body and money.
  9. Do not worry about health and death, just get on with your life and enjoy it!!
